Hi! I’m Dionne.

I’m a wife, mother, and a creative who left my career – nearly 20 years in TV Production and Marketing – to invest in my family and raise my daughter at home. And after nearly a decade of that intentional, beautiful season, I’m tapping back into creative work. And as I do, I find myself leaning on what I’ve always known – that there is simply no more important place than home.

Home is where you want to lay your head, sink in, and REST at the end of a very long day. It’s the place you leave to contribute to or explore the world, but no matter where on earth you’ve gone, you long to come back to. It’s where you’ll relish and celebrate in achieving something a WAY bigger than you could ever imagine. You could also find healing and comfort there when dealing with life’s most uncomfortable situations. And it’s where you have the liberty to find and nurture yourself, the ones you love, and some of the wonderful new people that come into your life – while surrounded by all of your beautiful and most treasured finds, and keepsakes that have their own very special place inside.

But home isn’t only a place. It’s personal. It’s knowing who you are when no one’s watching. It’s being true to yourself even when life pulls you in a dozen directions. It’s the work of returning to yourself — again and again — so you never lose the thread of who you are beneath all the roles you carry.

That’s what Indigo Home Co. is really about.

You’ll find interior design projects and ideas here. There will be recipes and tips on gifting, organization, and everyday beauty. But you’ll also find honest conversation about the journey of becoming, to pursue something that scares you a little. Leaving the comfort of home to go do a brave thing, and then come back and look at yourself in the mirror, bare-faced and unfiltered, to tell your truth about it.
